Jowatherm adhesive cleaner, granules, 5 kg. Hot melt cleaning solution used to clean melting tanks on edge banding machines. Helps remove dirt and burnt EVA adhesives. Removes adhesive residues from melting equipment. Add Jowat 236.50, heat to a temperature of 180–200 °C, and let it act freely when the roller is running. Burnt-on deposits in hard-to-reach areas of the tank and roller will gradually be released. The appropriate time for this process is approximately 45–60 minutes. After cleaning, drain the product from the tray and remove all residues using a wooden spatula. Do not mix with EVA adhesives. We recommend repeating this procedure once every two months.
